This survey is used for data collection to shape the Maryland Governor's Office of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing's (GODHH) approach to current interpreting requirements. If this interpreting incident occurred in Maryland and you've had an issue with an interpreter based on their skills, qualifications, ethics, or integrity, please fill out this form and detail the incident. Data from this survey will help GODHH’s efforts in developing a policy framework to address fraudulent and unqualified interpreters.
