Please consider helping the students and staff of Conway Elementary School by volunteering your time either at school or at home. There are many areas where your help is needed. We appreciate any time you can spare and we know that with your help we can make this school year a success! Please print, fill out this form, and return it to your child’s teacher.

Volunteer Opportunities. Choose all that apply. *

Fundraisers – Assist with coordination, accounting, distribution, and etc.

Sweetheart Dance-set up, serve food, decorate

Cougarpalooza- Conway’s Annual Spring Carnival. Assist coordinator with planning, working, promoting, obtaining donations and sponsorships.

Trunk or Treat – Assist coordinator with planning, set up, the party, or cleaning up

Family Game Night Events – Assist with putting out games and other items

Volunteer Coordinator- Assist with reaching out to volunteers, creating sign-ups.

Yearbook candid events photographer – Take pictures (with permission of teacher/administration) of the various Conway and/or classroom events and submit to yearbook coordinator

DARE– Help with DARE graduation, picnic (Dare Day), shirts, and games

Bake/Donate – bake items or donate items on an as needed basis

I can help only from my home – Assist staff with cutting, gluing, stapling, etc from home

Santa Shop/Vendor Fair- assist children in purchasing items at the Santa Shop
