Beaver Creek Sculling Code of Conduct
The Beaver Creek Sculling / WAHS Crew Code of Conduct applies to both rowers and parents and both must agree to it. BCS / WAHS Crew Rowing coaches may withdraw or suspend the privilege of team membership for individuals, or their parent(s)/guardian(s) who violate the Code of Conduct.
BCS / WAHS rowers shall:

- attend all practices, regattas and mandatory meetings
- offer friendly guidance to other rowers;
- strive to contribute to a pleasant, cordial, and considerate atmosphere;
- represent BCS / WAHS Crew in an appropriate and dignified manner in rowing and related activites;
- observe all safety regulations set forth by BCS / WAHS Crew & US Rowing;
- respect BCS / WAHS equipment and facilities as well as visitors' properties;
- respect the authority of BCS / WAHS Crew coaches and officers;
- maintain an academic record of high standard.

Zero Tolerance Policy
There will be zero tolerance for:
- any form of harassment;
- any form of discrimination;
- use of offensive language and gestures;
- open display of hostility;
- possession of, or being under the influence of, alcohol, tobacco, or illegal drugs.
