The purpose of filling out this application is discover if we are a good fit to work together in my 12-week, transformational coaching program.

Please only complete this application if:

  • You want to have the kind of Goddess confidence you see other women radiating!
  • You want to have a good relationship with food & stop restrictive dieting &/or binging
  • You're tired of stress-eating &/or going to food for comfort
  • You want to lose weight sustainably
  • You want to get fit & toned in a healthy way that lasts
  • You are willing to invest your time & resources for the "long game"
  • You are not looking for another "quick fix restrictive diet"
  • You want to be able to trust your abilities in the gym & exercise consistently
  • You want to have no fears in the gym like "not knowing what to do" &/or fear of people judging you
  • You want to be educated on the real nutrition & fitness science (the facts and *not* the fads)
  • You are open-minded & want to grow.. mentally, physically, & spiritually
  • You feel ready to dive deep, so you can transform the limiting beliefs that are holding you back from living your healthiest + fittest + most confident life!
