By signing this mandate form, you authorize TSDV DanceNation to send recurrent collection
instructions to your bank to debit your account for the membership of TSDV DanceNation and your
bank to debit your account on a recurrent basis in accordance with the instructions from TSDV
DanceNation.
Should you remain a member for more than one academic year, the payment will be automatically processed by our treasurer. Upon signing up, the first payment will be done by yourself.Contribution (may be subject to changes):
€29,- for one year (September 1st until August 31th)
€16,- for the first semester (September 1st until January 31th)
€23,- for the second semester (February 1st until August 31th)
Important: if you sign up for a full year or the second semester, your membership will automatically be renewed when the next academic year starts. If you would like to cancel your membership, you have to personally send an email to the secretary at the end of the current academic year and before the 1st of September. You will also receive a reminder to do so. If you have a membership for the first semester only, this will be automatically cancelled by the end of January if you do not request an extension.
Spontaneously signing out in the middle of a semester and without paying the membership fee is not possible.
