This major change request form is only to be used by newly admitted students who have not yet attended orientation and registered for courses. Important note: If you are requesting a major change to one of the following Limited Enrollment Programs (LEP), your application will be reviewed by the Limited Enrollment Program review committee: Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, Business, Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering, Immersive Media & Design, and Neuroscience. You will be notified of the decision via email in 2 to 3 weeks. Please note only Fall admitted students are eligible for direct placement in the above mentioned LEP majors as freshman.

If you listed an LEP on your application but were not directly admitted, please note you are not eligible to request a change of major to this program, as a holistic and thorough review has already taken place.
