** ALL NEW ATHLETES **  Do not attempt to book or turn up until the athlete has been offered a place in one of our groups.  Please contact us @ https://croydonharriers.co.uk/contact-us/ confirming the athlete's name and date of birth and their event preferences if they have any.  This will ensure we direct them to the most appropriate training group and coach.  We are experiencing heavy demand for places in our young athlete sprint groups and new athletes may need to join a waiting list before we can offer them a place.  

** ANY RETURNING ATHLETES ** We do not keep training places open for young athletes who fail to attend regularly.  This includes club members.  If an athlete has poor attendance or misses three or more weeks training they risk losing their place.  Please keep us informed of any circumstances that are, or might, impact the young athlete's attendance.  Where possible this should be discussed with their coaches in advance.  At our discretion, any athlete may be placed back on a waiting list before we accept them back in a training group.

PAYMENT of the £2/£3 TRACK FEE is made by BACS.  Payable by Club Members and athletes on Trials.

Places are only guaranteed if capacity is not reached and only once payment is received.  The deadline for booking and payment is Tuesday lunchtime.  If our sessions sell out before this, you will be notified.   

BACS details for payment will be provided in the CONFIRMATION MESSAGE displayed after you've submitted this form, do not click away without noting the BACS details.  You won't receive a confirmation of payment.  There is a strict no refund policy.

We've been informed that GLL intends to increase the price we pay to hire the track. Despite this we will be keeping the track booking price at £2 a session and £3 for two in a week (if attending both days booked and paid at the same time) for the next six months, at which point we will then review this. If members wished to donate a further 50p to the booking fee to help those less fortunate then that would also be greatly appreciated.
