Registration Q&A Miræus Lectures
As an alternative to the traditional Miræus Lectures held in the Nottebohm Hall of Antwerp's Heritage Library Hendrik Conscience, the Flemish Book Historical Society will organize two online lectures:
Alise van de Haar (Universiteit Leiden) - Boek or Boeck? Plantin and Sixteenth-Century Discussions on French and Dutch Spelling
Nikolaus Weichselbaumer (Johannes Gutenberg Universität Mainz) - New Metrics for Bibliography in Scanned Books
The lectures will be published on the YouTube channel of the Miræus Lectures (
) on 13 October 2021 (Alisa van de Haar) and 24 November 2021 (Nikolaus Weichselbaumer).
On 20 October and 1 December respectively, we will organize a Q&A session with the speaker through video call. The sessions start at 20 PM CE(S)T.
Participation to the Q&A session is free and open to all, but please register using this form. We will then send a participation link by e-mail one day before the session.
Please select the Q&A session(s) in which you would like to participate?
