NJSACC Young Professionals in Afterschool & Out-of-school Time (OST)
NJSACC’s Young Professionals in Afterschool & Out-of-School Time (OST) Peer Group is designed to create a networking community and safe space for young professionals who work in a NJ afterschool/out-of-school time program to share professional challenges, achievements, and navigate through continuous professional development. 

This group is for adults under 30 years old who are newly entering or are currently in the NJ afterschool workforce and are seeking networking and professional support. Group will be inclusive of roles such as: directors, site supervisors, facilitators, youth counselors, direct service staff, program leads, and others. 

Meetings will be held virtually the first Thursday of the month.
