Registration for FVAMC Academy 2018-2019 is now open. In order to enroll your child(ren), you must complete this application form and mail/drop off your payment of at least 50% of your dues by April 15th, 2018. Your application will not be processed until payment is received. All returning students must have paid their 2017-2018 tuition fees in full in order to be admitted. Please know that we are limited by the classroom size, so we highly encourage you to register as early as possible to guarantee a seat. Admission will be granted on a first-come and pay-first-served basis.

The tuition fee this year remains the same as last year, but we are combining the tuition and book fees into a single fee for more facile management. The fee schedule is below. Payments may be dropped off in the office or mail to: FVAMC, 35 Harris Road, Avon, CT 06001. Checks payable to: FVAMC.
