OpenTelemetry 2025 Governance Committee Election Voter Registration
OpenTelemetry's 2025 Governance Committee election will be held 27 to 29 October 2025. This form allows for members of standing who are not automatically detected as members of standing[1] by their code contributions to request an exemption so that they may vote in the election.

All exemption forms are private to the Election Committee and will not be used for any purpose other than the OpenTelemetry election. The list will be destroyed after the election is finished.
