This form is used to request updates to permanent routes due to road closures, cue sheet errors, controls going out of business, etc.. as well as to supply gravel distance

-- Do not use this form to reactivate routes from the old perms program. Use the form on the RUSA website to reactivate a perm that hasn't been active since 2020.
