Edits can be made during the sketch phase though once inks and colors have been applied to the image only edits within reason can be applied. Edits within reason are things such as certain color edits, and smaller. Major edits involving anything that changes the structure or pose of the character.

Refunds- After the image has been started you may ask for a refund but so much money will be taken out of the refund to cover costs for my time spent on the image. Refunds happen even without malicious intent however my time is money. I can only afford to give you the amount that you didn't pay for.

Rights to the image- You are welcome to use your image as an icon, profile image on any site so long as I am credited. You may not post your image with the intent to slander myself, or my associates. The client may not, in any situation or circumstance, reproduce the commissioned art for commercial purposes without the artist's consent or mutual settlement between both parties.

I may use your image for personal portfolio and reserve the right to keep it as such. However I may use it privately to apply to employers to show the capacity of my work if I deem it worthy to show.

I retain all rights to my characters and whether or not to say no to said commission based on that premise ( or any premise ). ( If you're worried please email me first)

I refuse to work on any images that involve minors involved in any sexual acts of any kind. Additionally I refuse to draw anything involving gore, scat, any content that is religiously and / or racially offensive, and reserve the right to decline or reject any commissions for any or no reason(s) at all.

The client must be of legal age to purchase commissions.

Once I've acknowledged the commission I will send you an invoice for the total. I will not start the image until I've been paid in full.
