การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
เพื่อความสะดวกในการให้บริการแก่ผู้ใช้บริการทุกท่านที่ให้ความสนใจสมัครเข้าร่วมการสัมมนาของศูนย์ยุโรปศึกษาแห่งจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ศูนย์ยุโรปศึกษาฯจึงได้จัดเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไว้ เช่น อีเมลแอดเดรส (Email Address) ชื่อ (Name) หน่วยงานที่สังกัด (Organization) หรือหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ (Telephone Number) เป็นต้น โดยจะเก็บข้อมูลจากท่านโดยตรงขณะที่ท่านสมัครเพื่อเข้าร่วมการสัมมนาที่จัดขึ้นโดยศูนย์ยุโรปศึกษาเท่านั้น

Collection of Personal Information
For the convenience of providing service to all service users who are interested in applying for the seminar of the Centre for European Studies at Chulalongkorn University, The Centre for European Studies therefore collects your personal information, such as your email address, name, the agency you are affiliated with, or telephone number, etc., which will collect information directly from you when you apply to attend seminars organized by the Centre for European Studies only.

การใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
ศูนย์ยุโรปศึกษาแห่งจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย จะใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพียงเท่าที่จำเป็น เช่น ชื่อ และ ที่อยู่ เพื่อใช้ในการติดต่อ ให้บริการ ประชาสัมพันธ์ หรือให้ข้อมูลข่าวสารต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานสัมมนาที่ท่านได้ลงทะเบียนเพื่อเข้าร่วมเท่านั้น ศูนย์ยุโรปศึกษาฯ ขอรับรองว่าจะไม่นำข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านที่ได้เก็บรวบรวมไว้ ไปขายหรือเผยแพร่ให้กับบุคคลภายนอกโดยเด็ดขาด เว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาตจากท่านเท่านั้น

Use of personal information
Centre for European Studies, Chulalongkorn University, will use your personal information only as necessary, such as name and address for contacting, providing public relations services or provide news information associated with the seminar that you have registered to attend only. Centre for European Studies certifies that it will not use your personal information that have collected. To sell or distribute to third parties is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by you only

ระยะเวลาในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
ศูนย์ยุโรปศึกษาฯ จะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไว้เป็นระยะเวลาเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อการดำเนินการตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่ระบุไว้ในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวนี้ให้เสร็จสิ้น เว้นแต่กรณีที่กฎหมายกำหนดหรืออนุญาตให้เก็บรักษาข้อมูลไว้นานกว่า ซึ่งอาจมีกำหนดประมาณ 5 – 10 ปี หรือเกินกว่านั้นเท่าที่จำเป็น

Period of collection of personal data
Centre for European Studies will retain your personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. Unless the law requires or permits the retention of information longer. Which may be scheduled for about 5-10 years or more than that as necessary.
