The Kansas Heartland Chapter Scholarship Committee will screen the applications and reach back out to all applicants.
CHAMBERLAIN SCHOLARSHIP: 2026 AFP ICON, held in San Diego, CA; April 26 - 28. Open to AFP Kansas Heartland chapter members who have never attended ICON. The scholarship covers registration and reimbursement for reasonable travel expenses.
SHARON MILES PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FUND: Honoring the legacy of Sharon Miles, this fund provides financial support to a qualifying chapter member of the AFP Kansas Heartland Chapter. The scholarship is to be used to increase the recipient’s knowledge of and professionalism in fundraising.
NEW MEMBERSHIP SCHOLARSHIP: Together with AFP Global, the AFP Kansas Heartland Chapter is offering 5 scholarships for membership for one year. Open to both current members and non-members.
NATIONAL PHILANTHROPY DAY SCHOLARSHIP: The Kansas Heartland Chapter is offering 5 scholarships to both members and non-members. The Chapter will cover the registration cost for the scholarship recipient for both the educational sessions and awards luncheon.
