the Caboose parking lot on Commercial Street, Portola
1-4 PM Vendor check in and set up
4-8 PM Event Time

3 Steps to Join Us:
  1. Complete this form by December 1, 2025 
  2. Submit your COI (Certificate of Insurance) and other forms listed below
  3. Pay the $40 Vendor fee (a link will be sent to you after you've submitted your forms)
Forms Needed:
  • COI (Certificate of Insurance) listing The Lost Sierra Chamber as "Additionally Insured"
  • Seller's Permit (if you are selling goods/product/crafts etc.)
  • County Health Permit (if you are selling food/beverage -no alcohol sales please)
Please submit all other necessary forms to jen@lostsierrachamber.org by Dec 1st or sooner to secure your spot. Unlike Railroad Days, space is very limited at this event.
