4-8 PM Event Time
3 Steps to Join Us:
- Complete this form by December 1, 2025
- Submit your COI (Certificate of Insurance) and other forms listed below
- Pay the $40 Vendor fee (a link will be sent to you after you've submitted your forms)
Forms Needed:
- COI (Certificate of Insurance) listing The Lost Sierra Chamber as "Additionally Insured"
- Seller's Permit (if you are selling goods/product/crafts etc.)
- County Health Permit (if you are selling food/beverage -no alcohol sales please)
Please submit all other necessary forms to jen@lostsierrachamber.org by Dec 1st or sooner to secure your spot. Unlike Railroad Days, space is very limited at this event.
