Cancellation Policy:  STARTING SEPTEMBER 1, 2025 

All memberships require a 15-day notice prior to billing for cancellations. Cancellation prior to completion of the 24-week contract will result in a $50 fee and cancellation prior to completion of 52-week contract will result in a $100 fee. 

Cancellation request must be done through this portal on the cancellation request form. 

If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.
