One month prior to billing date is required to cancel current membership. Ex. To cancel December 1, notice must be provided by November 1.
If cancellation occurs while member is still in contract (6 or 12 months), cancelling member will be charged the difference between the membership they were on, and the membership they should have been on.
Cancellation request must be done through this portal on the cancellation request form.
If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.
