Policies, Rules, & Regulations
- Vendors are required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing food safety, labeling and taxes.
- All items sold must be made/produced/grown by the person/business selling
- Weather Policy: Treska's Tuesday Market will take place rain or shine and only cancels if weather becomes potentially dangerous (lightening, flooding, hail, etc. high winds, etc.)
- Liability: Treska's cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of vendors' property. Each vendor is responsible for securing their own products and equipment. Vendor agrees that Treska's is not liable for any losses, costs, damages, expense and liability caused by an accident or other occurrence in bodily injury, including death, sickness and disease to any persons.
- Photo Release: Vendor agrees to release the use of any photos or videos, etc. that might be captured of them for future use in promotional and P.R. informational activities as deemed appropriate by Treska's
- Code of Conduct: Treska's strives to provide a safe, welcoming environment for all attendees and vendors. We do not tolerate any discriminatory or offensive behavior from anyone in attendance. It is the responsibility of each vendor to uphold this code of conduct and report any incidents to event staff.
- Final Decisions: In any disputes or disagreements, the final decision will be made by the Treska's Events team. We reserve the right to remove any vendors who violate our policies or engage in objectionable behavior. All matters not covered in this agreement are subject to the decision of the Treska's Events team.
Signature of commitment (type First Name, Last Name) - I attest by this signature that I have read over all of the above information and hereby release Treska's On Highland Lake from any and all liabilities that may occur from injury or loss during the event.
