The Future Leaders Initiative (FLI) program's internship requirement establishes meaningful connections between successful companies and 3rd or 4th-year college students to help set and achieve their career goals through real-world, structured training experiences. Additionally, completing an internship counts towards the students’ program participation to receive their scholarship.
Internships can take place online; however, in person is preferred. It is the participant's responsibility to contact, maintain communication, and schedule visits/meetings with the company. In order for the student to receive credit, the company must provide a letter or email stating the student completed an internship with them by June 1, 2025.
Complete the following form if you are interested in hosting an internship for one (of a couple) of our 3rd & 4th-year college students. We will then send you resumes for students who might be a good fit and you decide who you want to move forward with. We hope to have internships filled in the Fall.
