GENERAL INFORMATION

The MSBL of Southern Colorado has partnered with the Colorado Springs Sports Corp to host its annual Rocky Mountain Baseball Bash tournament in the month of July as a part of the Rocky Mountain State Games.

Rules
The League abides by the National MSBL/MABL rules. Additionally, the League has its own rules and policies which either change or supplement the National rules. The local rules take precedence over any corresponding National rules. Each team is authorized 3 age group (must be 45+) waivers for the MSBL 48+ Tournament without restrictions. There will be a 3-game guarantee.

Game Format: Each team plays a 3-game round robin (7 innings with no new inning after 2 hours) 10 run rule after 5 innings rule for round robin play. California Tie-breaker is initiated at 1:45 (2:45 in trophy games) in a game that is tied to break the tie. There is a 12-team max, Adverse weather will impact brackets.

PLAYOFFS

Top 4 teams enter the semi-finals for National Division. The next 4 enter the American Division semi-finals. Finals game is 9 innings with no time limit with no run rules. 9 inning trophy games (no run rules).

I understand that fighting, physical abuse of players, umpires, or spectators, and the use of abusive or offensive language will not be tolerated by the tournament staff and officials. Violation of this rule could result in my team's banishment from the tournament and forfeiture of all fees paid. I realize that Men’s Senior Baseball League, Inc. and facilities do NOT possess a defibrillator. I realize that there is no guaranteed playing time on any given team, associated with regular season and tournament play. Finally, I understand that there is NO ALCOHOL PERMITTED AT THE FIELDS OR IN THE PARKING AREAS.
