Help us celebrate the leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations that matter most to our communities!

The US India Chamber of Commerce DFW is inviting you to help us choose who should be recognized. Please answer these questions about your Nominee and include as many of their accomplishments and contributions as you can.

When selecting your Nominee, please keep in mind that winners need to be present at the banquet on Thursday, November 19, 2026.

Nominations must be received no later than Friday, October 23, 2026. Thank you!

The Awards Committee will consider all nominations when selecting the winners for each category. Past winners and self-nominations are not eligible for the Awards. The Award

Which Award is this nomination for? *

ENTREPRENEUR OF THE YEAR: Creates innovative products and services that lead to business development and economic development in the DFW area. Such entrepreneurs meet customer needs, create jobs, and help grow our local economy and community. This award honors their efforts and achievements.

OUTSTANDING INDUSTRY LEADERSHIP: For those who make a significant contribution to their industry or field, including (but not limited to) science, medicine, technology, sports, entertainment. They have furthered knowledge in their field, pioneered new research or techniques, or overcome significant challenges or barriers to achieve at the highest levels. This award honors their efforts, achievements and contribution to their industry.

OUTSTANDING LEADERSHIP IN EDUCATION: For those who have made a significant contribution to furthering the cause of education, including early childhood education, primary and secondary education, and higher education. This award honors their efforts, achievements and contribution to the field of education.

OUTSTANDING LEADERSHIP IN PUBLIC SERVICE: For outstanding leadership in public service, for those who have served our local community, state, or nation through local law enforcement organizations, state or national law enforcement organizations, or through the armed forces. This award honors their efforts, achievements, and contributions to keeping our communities safe.

CORPORATION OF THE YEAR: Has advanced their company or enriched their employees in a significant way while simultaneously improving outcomes for customers, shareholders and/or the community. This award honors their efforts and achievements.

ASHOK MAGO LEGACY AWARD FOR DISTINGUISHED COMMUNITY SERVICE: Presented to an individual or organization that has provided valuable community services by identifying underserved populations and needs within our community, maximizing the use of resources to address that need, and making a meaningful impact on our community. This award honors the efforts and achievements of this individual or organization.

DISTINGUISHED PERFORMANCE AWARD: Presented to honor notable individual achievements in Arts or Sport.
