NCDDA Request for Information about Potential Historic Tax Credit Projects
In advance of the 2019 legislative session, NCDDA is working proactively to engage legislators and downtown advocates to extend the historic tax credits prior to their scheduled sunsetting at the end of the 2019. As part of a more comprehensive strategy, NCDDA will be preparing and distributing an Our State quality 64-page magazine filled with high-quality pictures and information about tax credit projects from our member communities around the state.

Most of this publication will be filled with information regarding completed projects, but there will likely be an opportunity for some limited information about potential projects that are not feasible without historic tax credits. Please submit information from your community by November 16. If we don't use it in the publication, we are putting together an online version that will include all submissions.

We also need high quality pictures - at least 300 dpi, 600 dpi is best (cell phone pictures will not be good enough). Please add your photos (with a file name and/or comments linking it to your town/project) to Dropbox at https://www.dropbox.com/sh/f07hb2xpl53c0v2/AABQFwqYoWiAcdXuqlu4UhSFa?dl=0.

Thank you for all you do in support of our downtowns!
