SMU Performance Center (Page Theatre)  Event Questionnaire
Please fill out the form below to the best of your abilities three (3) weeks prior to your scheduled event.
Our Production Manager (Jason Underferth X1720) is available to answer any questions you may have.
It is highly recommended that for all events in the Page Theatre, a one hour planning and scheduling session with all event participants/departments should also be held at least three weeks in advance of the event. This is necessary to iron out all technical requirements, staffing needs and will eliminate stress and confusion as the date of your event nears.

If your event has a tech rider associated with it, please pass on to Jason to make sure it is a doable event before preceding. Due to staffing issues, some events may be turned down.

- All PC equipment will be set up and tested prior to your arrival. It is recommended that the coordinator or speaker/s for your event show up at least 45 minutes prior to the time your event is scheduled to start to make any last minute adjustments. It is recommended that this serve as rehearsal time for speakers using microphones or to test power point presentations.

Anticipated attendance:  - Due to COVID-19 Restrictions, the capacity is subject to change but currently there are no seating limits, the space holds 450. But audience's are required to wear masks.
