The Merry & Bright Market at Christmas on the Square is operated by The Heart of Lebanon. It will take place on December 7th on Main Street from 4:00 PM-6:00 PM. What was known as the "Sweets Market" will be expanded to include local artisans along with local farmers and bakers.
Only locally grown or handmade items will be considered.
Space is limited and approval of vendors is up to the sole discretion of the Event Coordinator and Executive Director. Quality of goods, uniqueness, and attendance at past Heart of Lebanon events will all be factors considered. Along with an application, please submit photos of your product(s) along with one of your set up at other vendor events to sarah@heartoflebanon.org. Your application will not be considered without these.
Pricing will depend on attendance at other Heart of Lebanon events and booth size and is listed in the application below. Payment will need to be made ahead of time. Invoices will be sent out once you are approved and will be due within 3 days. If it is not paid, your spot will be considered forfeited. Fees are non-refundable.
Liability insurance is required for all vendors and is required to be sent within 3 business days of approval. Please list "The Heart of Lebanon" at 101 W. Main Street as additionally insured and email it to sarah@heartoflebanon.org. If you are selling food items, it is your responsibility to ensure you have all certifications and licenses required by the Boone County Health Department. If you have any questions about their regulations, you will need to contact them directly.
Please note that this is an outdoor event. Please do not sign up if your product cannot be out in the rain or snow. Last minute cancellations on behalf of vendors due to the weather has a negative effect on the event.
