Once the process is started and an email is received from USA Softball, I agree to complete the SafeSport Certification training within 7 days.) Initial certification can take up to 90 minutes. Recertification courses are approximately 30 minutes. Only certifications for Fall Ball volunteers are valid for Spring, returning volunteers from the 2025 Spring season must re-certify. *
