Must be a High School Graduate as of June 2023
and/or
Must be furthering your education: college, trade school, etc 
Must be 17 - 25 years old
Must be present (in person) to accept scholarship. Virtual accommodations with only be made
for those who are out of state. 
Must be willing to volunteer/Pay it Forward to PIFFY Award Org within the next 2 years.
