Tuesday, July 18 | 8 PM Show | Gordon Smith Gallery of Canadian Art in North Vancouver

This is a special show in collaboration with an art exhibition, Art School High. The exhibition explores socio-cultural issues relating to identity, adolescence, conformity, marginalization, and rebellious behaviours. Invited artists have made significant works reflecting on the experience of attending high school.

The Rules:

Readers can share anything (poetry, songs, letters, journals, diaries, essays, stories, plays, lists, etc) so long as it follows these rules:

1- The work must be your own.
2- You must have written it between the ages of 10-19.
3- You cannot be proud of the work you share. It’s best if you’re super embarrassed.

Have you read at Teen Angst Night before?
What do you think you will be sharing?
Since everyone hates writing bios T.A.N. uses this format: Please list 3 things that were important to your teenage self AND three things we should know about you today. Bio example: Sara's teenage self was obsessed with being "so punk," hating her school, and wanting her bedroom painted black. Today she spends her time acting, writing, and working in media.
