Please join us for our 1st Black History Month Community Celebration at the Community Exchange on February 18th & 19th to Celebrate Black Joy, Excellence and Community. On Saturday come out for Community day and be a part of our community mural, enjoy games for all ages, and listen to guest reader, Charnaie Gordon in the community reading corner. Also on, Sunday join amazing artists, Jaii Marc Renee, Faustin Adeniran, Trae Brooks and others for the Artist Walk & Talk Gallery and a panel discussion with some of the artists about Blackness & Art.
All proceeds will go to Health Equity Solutions whose vision and mission is for every Connecticut resident to attain optimal health regardless of race, ethnicity, or socioeconomic status and to promote policies, programs, and practices that result in equitable health care access, delivery, and outcomes for all people in Connecticut.
