As a VIP Consignor ALL ITEMS MUST GO HALF All items must be marked to go half price for our Half price event days. This will help your overall sales for the event and help the VIP processor be consistent among all VIP consignors. *

The VIP Consignor Fee is $15.00 per Consignor ID. A Consignor ID allows up to 500 items to be entered. If you exceed 500 items there will be a second consignor ID Created and you will be charged a additional $15.00 fee per consignor ID created. *

SPRING/ SUMMER EVENT: As a VIP Consignor You must carefully go through each item. Acceptable clothing items for the Spring/ Summer Rhea Lana's of Dalton event...Boys size NB-20, Girls NB-18, Juniors sizes (teen name brand in-style ONLY) 1-13, No clothing larger then a XL is accepted, Maternity styles that are less than 2 years old. All clothing must be freshly laundered, hole and stain free. We accept indoor and outdoor toys, Child Bedding, books, baby gear and equipment, child/baby furniture.Children Room Accessories are for Child/ Teen room only! No Adult items. Spring/ Summer clothing, Short Sleeves, Sleeveless, Shorts, Skirts, Skorts, Swim Wear, Sandals, Flip Flops, Tennis Shoes (jeans YEAR AROUND) NOT accepting: No Hoodies, Long Sleeves, Fleece, No Jackets, No Boots *Save these things for our Fall Back to school event later in the yer. NO Formal Prom dresses/ Prom Attire including Heals, and prom accessorizes. *

I understand that if I have a Carseat/Carseats or A Carseat Base I will have to complete a Carseat Waiver that states the manufactured date along never being in a Wreak, Free of any Recalls and only being in position of a ONE time owner. *

Please check that you are fully aware that any items that you give the processor that are NOT Acceptable by our Spring Summer Guidelines for the Spring Summer Event or items that are over worn, holes, tears, any type of damage THIS INCLUDES any out of season clothing will be AUTOMATICALLY donated and not returned to you. *

Containers/ Totes. We can't guaranteed that you can get your containers back, so please put your items in a cardboard box for travel to the event. BIG ITEMS DO NOT NEED TO BE IN A BOX, Please do not over fill these boxes as these boxes will also be used to transport your items to the event by the VIP processor. Again we are not responsible for missing totes. Please use heavy duty cardboard boxes. Please make sure all Items are sorted, boxed and labeled by size on the outside of the box. *

I understand that Item and Check Pick Up will be announced SOON..... *This form will be updated, and this information will be on your consignor paperwork when you meet with the processor. Items and Checks are to be picked up at the designated time and date or all items will be automatically donated at 2PM day of pick up and your consignor check will be mailed within 10 business days from pick up day. *

As a VIP Consignor I understand that the VIP Item Cutoff Date is Sunday, March 1, 2020. All Items must be fully to the VIP Processor in a organized fashion. This allows the Processor to have time to tag, hang, prep, enter all items, label and Rebox to transport all items to the event. If you have a set time scheduled with a VIP Processor that date is VALID over the deadline if before. The Processor is only required to meet a VIP Consignor ONE time for all items being entered. *

VIP Consignor Slots Are Limited and Even if you are completing this form, we will still have to check availability and this form does NOT guarantee you a VIP Slot. *

If VIP Processor Contacts you and you can not be reached after 3 times, your VIP Slot will be automatically removed and replaced with another VIP. The Processor will contact you within 24 hours of being assigned to schedule a meeting to meet you with all your items and for you to complete all paperwork. After this has been completed there may be little to no contact until items are entered, The processor will take time to prep, hang, Pin, Tag and enter your items once this is complete the processor will contact you with your consignor ID password if not already provided for you to review the items. You will have 24 hours to review these items before the Processor automatically clicks finish and sent to Brooke to print the barcode labels, and inventory sheet. ONCE BATCH IS CLICKED FINISH WE ARE UNABLE TO MAKE ANY CHANGES. *
