Tuesday 6.00-7.00 Penrhyncoch - Youngster (6yrs+) to Teen

Tuesday 7.00-8.00 Penrhyncoch - Teen and above, plus Brown and Black belts

Thursday 6.00-7.00 Bow Street - Children (6yrs+), Teens, Adults and Families welcome

Saturday 9.30-10.30am - Buarth Hall - Kids class (6yrs and above)

Sunday 10.00-10.50 - Plascurg Leisure Centre - Introductory Class, Kids and Adults

Sunday 11.00-12.30 - Plascurg Leisure Centre - Suitable for those with some prior experience

Fees and Subscriptions

Once per week "Lite" – £25.00 per month
Unlimited - £33.00 per month

Attendees typically “pay as they go” for the first few weeks. Fees will depend on the classes attended. Attendees are expected to move to monthly membership at the end of the trial period.

Monthly Membership, payable by Direct Debit on the first of the month
