Skateistan's whistleblowing policy is a channel for stakeholders in the community to raise concerns to protect the safety of participants and staff at Skateistan, as well as the financial and governance integrity of the organization. The policy allows you to address serious concerns without fear of punishment or negative consequence.
This form may be used by the staff, volunteers, community partners, and board members of Skateistan to: report fraud, theft, or misuse of funds, prevent or address child abuse, report personnel harassment or bullying. You may also report these types of concerns to a manager or director at Skateistan at any time.
All complaints shall be taken seriously and pursued with an internal investigation, in accordance with the internal HR policy, Child Protection policy, and standing laws of the country where a reported incident may take place.
If you are aware of any wrongdoing at Skateistan that may pose a risk to the organization or its staff, participants or communities, please take the initiative to report it and help us address any injustice.
