Please fill out the following form for a one-time schedule exception or a permanent schedule change request. Please note, one-time schedule exceptions are $10 per request, and are limited to twice per month.

Permanent schedule changes must be requested by the 10th of the month prior of the requested change. Tuition will be billed as noted on the tuition summary sheet or in the parent handbook. Extended hours are from 7:30 am - 8:30 am and 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm.
