2026 myPITA Fall Conference Exhibitor Application 

Apply to exhibit at the myPITA Fall Conference for the opportunity to connect with Grade 4–9 intermediate and middle school teachers from across BC. A limited number of exhibitor tables are available at this event. 

October 23, 2026 at SFU Harbour Centre, Vancouver and online.

We expect to host up to 600 in-person and over 1200 online attendees.

We prioritize BC-based organizations that feature free curriculum-aligned products and services.

Exhibitor Fees

In-person Early Bird Fee

  • Applications accepted until 9 am on June 29, 2026. On June 29, we will review applications and send acceptance notifications.
  • Fees must be received by noon on July 15, 2026, by e-transfer or cheque.
  • $450 plus a prize donation.*
  • Includes an online exhibiting page.

In-person Regular Fees

  • Beginning June 29 or until sold out. Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis until tables sell out. 
  • Fees must be received by 5 pm on August 31, 2026, by e-transfer or cheque.
  • $550 plus a prize donation.*
  • Includes an online exhibiting page.
Online Exhibiting-only Fee
  • Beginning June 29. Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis. 
  • Fees must be received by 5 pm on August 31, 2026, by e-transfer or cheque.
  • $200 plus a prize donation.* OR $300 without a prize donation.

*Donated prize(s) must have a minimum retail value of $50. Prizes may be products, services, gift cards, resources, and/or subscriptions that do not require an additional purchase. Exhibitors will bring the donated prize(s) to the conference or be responsible for shipping the item(s) to the winner.

Exhibiting fees are non-refundable after 5 pm on August 31, 2026.

Each table includes:

  • One 5' table and chair with tablecloth and skirting in a high-traffic location.
  • Recognition on the conference app.
  • One exhibitor pass that includes morning beverages and baked goods and lunch.
  • Internet access will be available, but we cannot guarantee the stability and quality.
We cannot guarantee access to power outlets. If you require power, please contact Shirley at exhibitors@pita.ca to request access.

There is a maximum of two representatives per table. You may purchase a second representative pass for $100.00.

Conference Schedule

  • Exhibitor move-in and setup will take place on Thursday, October 22, at 5:00-7:00 pm and on Friday, October 23, at 7:30–8:00 AM—exhibitors who set up late risk forfeiting their table.
  • Attendees will begin arriving at 8 AM. The conference runs until 3:45 PM. 
  • Take down and move out at 4 PM. Early takedown is highly discouraged.
