Priorities for SWAN
At the moment there are several community consultations or conversations ongoing, and some new ones are about to start:

Ongoing
1. The appointment process for community representatives on the WMF Board of Trustees
2. The process of appointing/selecting members for the Interim Global Council
3. Several Movement Strategy priority consultations
4. The work of the committee for the rebranding process, and the overall branding process

Announced
5. The implementation of the Universal Code of Conduct
6. The implementation of the WMF Grantmaking Strategy

In addition there also is:
7. The selection of a new WMF CEO - community/affiliates may want to discuss their hopes and expectations concerning the profile of the new CEO and the selection process.

For SWAN this poses practical challenges: what do we focus on?

All of these conversations and consultations are about relevant topics, which will influence the operation of the Wikimedia movement for years to come.

In preparation for the next SWAN call (February 21) we have some questions, in order to build the agenda + our future meetings.
