UCD SU By-Election Nomination Form
Please complete this form if you would like to nominate yourself for a by-election in a vacant Class Rep seat.

You can only run for a position in a constituency in which you are a member, and where a by-election has been called. Students on joint majors can only run in one constituency. Submissions will be checked against the official student lists provided by UCD and will not be counted if deemed invalid.

In order to nominate yourself in a by-election, you must submit the names, student numbers, and UCD connect email addresses of 5 or more members of that constituency who support your nomination. Please make sure these are accurate. The Union Returning Officer will be in contact with all those who you list below as supporting your nomination.

Completing this form DOES NOT constitute calling for a by-election. A by-election will not be called unless 10 or more members of a constituency request one. If you wish to request that a by-election is held in a Class Rep constituency that has a vacancy please complete this form:
