The Community of Practitioners on Accountability and Social Action in Health (COPASAH), is a global platform of practitioners who share a common interest in community monitoring for accountability in health and interact regularly and engage in exchanging experiences and lessons; sharing resources, capacities and methods; in the production and dissemination of conceptual, methodological and practical outputs towards strengthening the field; and in networking and capacity building among member organizations. COPASAH through the partnership with OSF has developed an eResource for Social Accountability Practice in Health. The online resource is eLearn-HealthCBM, and is now available at http://www.copasah.net/elearn-healthcbm.html

1. The learning resource is arranged thematically into four modules namely the Module I- Concepts; which reflects upon the concept of community monitoring and its related components.
2. The Module II - Process -explains through a step by step approach the processes of CBM and policy review for identifying health entitlements and gaps etc.
3. The Module III- Practice- outlines evidence building details on how community enquiry is conducted and how evidence is gathered using different tools and methods.
4. The Module IV- Advocacy deliberates how organized, systematic and strategic processes can be used to increase the voice and access to quality health care services and towards changing existing power hierarchies. It also reflects upon the use of media in promoting health accountability
