Frome Area Community Land Trust (FACLT) and Frome Town Council are working together to develop understanding and raise awareness of the housing issues in Frome.
  • Have you had trouble finding a suitable and affordable home, whether social housing, private rent or as a buyer?
  • Are struggling to stay in your current home due to the financial strain of rent or mortgage payments?
  • Do you feel stuck in an unsuitable, poor quality or overcrowded home?
  • Have you been forced to move out of Frome or consider doing so due to a lack of suitable, affordable options?
  • Have you been waiting for a long time on the Homefinder register for a property that meets your needs?
  • Have you experienced homelessness or risk of homelessness?

Please share your story with us. Your voice matters, and your story will help us advocate for change.


The information you provide on this form will be handled in line with Frome Town Council's privacy policy. All stories may be shared at the "Frome's Housing Crisis?" meeting on 18th July and may be used in future work by FACLT and Frome Town Council.

You can also email your story to info@fromeareaclt.org or find our postcards box at Frome Town Hall and various other places in the town.
