2019 HWRSD WELLNESS FAIR Exhibitor Registration
Thank you for your interest in becoming an exhibitor for the October 5, 2019 HWRSD Wellness Fair, hosted by the HWRSD Wellness Committee. The fair will be located at Miles River Middle School from 10:00am - 1:00pm. The purpose of the Wellness Fair is to connect the community, school, and families together, learning about the healthy services offered in the Hamilton-Wenham and surrounding communities. Working together, we will continuing to improve student and community health outcomes.

Please fill out the following form if you are interested in being an exhibitor for the event. Each exhibitor will be guaranteed a table to showcase their business or education, free of charge. If you would like to run an activity and do not need a table, please explain below. A confirmation email will be sent to you by August confirming your acceptance, attendance and needs.
