As a Certified Tiny Habits Coach, I teach people how to create new habits. And as an improvisor, I say "Yes, and ... I will celebrate being your coach each day."

Each Monday is the start of a new 5-day session (free service), after you start preparing on the preceding Saturday or earlier.

The total time investment on your side is 45 minutes during the week. You'll need about 25 minutes to get started, and then from Monday to Friday, you spend about 3 minutes each day. You can spend more time if you choose to do extra credit and optional readings.
