If you have questions, concerns, successes or general feedback you would like to share regarding special education and/or related services, please do so by completing this Parent Feedback Form.
This form is designed to keep your SEPAC School Representative apprised of school specific situations, but also allows for patterns and more systemic issues to be identified by our Special Education Parent Advisory Committee (SEPAC) and brought to the attention of the Special Services Dept, district administration and Board of Education members at SEPAC quarterly meetings.
If you wish to communicate anonymously, we understand and respect your right for privacy. However if you choose to share your name and/or other identifying information, we will never share or link you to specific data when collaborating with district administration.
We encourage you to share! The more information and feedback we receive about each family’s experiences, the more effective SEPAC can be in creating change for your child and this district.
