Thank you for your interest in being a part of the first Calendula Festival!

Time: 10 - 4pm

The Mendocino County Herb Guild & Calendula Festival are 100% volunteer-run. Because of this, we ask that you agree to the following agreements to help the day flow smoothly for all.

- All vendors are responsible for bringing their own table & chair(s) - none are provided
- This is an outdoor event. Each vendor is encouraged to bring a pop-up tent, large umbrella, or some other form of shade.
No shade is provided or guaranteed.
- Vendors may arrive as early as 8:30 am, and agree to be set up by no later than 9:30 am.
- Vendors agree to completely break down their area PROMPTLY after event.
- Vendors agree not to break down until the event has completed at 4pm.
- This is a pack in / pack out event. Vendors are responsible for taking all their garbage and leaving their area trash free.
- Vendors may request up to two spaces, details below.
- No food or pastries may be sold in the Vendor area.

All Fees must be paid no later than May 30th, 2019.

If, at the end of the event, you feel inspired by your success, the Guild will happily accept monetary donations beyond these fees! All funds go to creating more opportunities for Full Circle Herbalism in our beautiful county.

- Vendors selling Goods / Services 10 x 10 space = $40
- Vendors selling Goods / Services 10 x 20 space = $80
- Information-only tables (nothing for sale) = $25
- Non-Profit = $20

PLEASE NOTE: Priority will be given to Herbalist/Herbalism Vendors
