In checking the box below I agree to the terms above and that Power Plant Records (PPR) & The Beach Cities Rock Club Music School (BCRC) is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings. I also agree that I will not engage in any illegal activity or substances of any kind while on the studio’s campus. I understand that events associated at PPR & BCRC may be emotionally and physically strenuous, and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against PPR / BCRC or its affiliates for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Payment *
PAYMENT We are a CASH only studio. A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings, with the remaining 50% upon delivery of product. Stems and track-outs will be sent to the primary email on file via Google Drive. This deposit is non-refundable or transferable.  Failure to produce full payment will result in the studio withholding session time, all copies of recordings, masters or session files until all fees have been paid and funds have cleared. All session files are deleted from Power Plant's hard drives 90 days after session completion unless otherwise specified. Please bring a backup storage device with you to the studio to back-up your files. Mixes are eligible for 1 round of Artist notes for a final edit.

Cancellations & Personal Property *
24 hours notice is required for the cancellation of a session; this includes weekends and bank holidays. If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, full payment will be required to book further sessions. No Call/No shows that have paid deposit will result in loss of monies and studio time, non refundable.                                                                                                                 Personal items/lost propertyPlease make sure that you do not leave personal items unattended and ensure that you take all of your belongings with you when you leave. Power Plant is not responsible for any personal items that are lost or damaged on the premises.
