Thank you for registering your child for the 2025 Crashbox Summer Musical Theatre Intensive!
This will be a 9 day musical theatre intensive program. Students will receive direct instruction in acting, music, and dancing that will end with a musical revue style showcase.

You may either pay in full now, or make a non-refundable deposit now to secure your spot. The remaining balance will be due on or before the first day of camp. 

Group 1- Entering 3rd-5th Grades - $295 ($150 non-refundable deposit required to hold spot)
Group 2- Entering 6th-College Level - $495 ($250 non-refundable deposit required to hold spot)
Payment/Deposit will be taken when this form is submitted. Once we have received your payment/deposit, we will hold a space for the participant. **If you have applied to someone for a scholarship/funding for this program, we have provided a space to indicate that, but PLEASE KNOW, YOUR SPACE IS NOT RESERVED UNTIL WE RECEIVE YOUR DEPOSIT OR PAYMENT.

*The balance MUST be paid in full on or before the first day of camp in order for your child to participate. For the balance, we will accept Cash, Check, or Credit Card.
