Cut-off Dates & Delivery:
Please note that this form will expire as of 24 April 2020, kindly submit this form as well as your beers before this cut-off date to avoid disappointment. If we have not received your labelled beer before this date, your beers will not be judged. We will not be held responsible for late entries or unlabeled beer. Please drop off or deliver your beers at Bevplus/Dematech at 13 Michigan Street, Airport Industria, Cape Town. Please include a copy of your proof of payment when delivering your beer or email it to admin@craftbrewerspowwow.co.za
Judging:
Judging will take place a week prior to the Craft Brewers Powwow weekend by a panel of experienced BJCP judges. Check out the BJCP guidelines here:

https://www.bjcp.org/docs/2015_Guidelines_Beer.pdf

Your beer will be poured into an unmarked jug and handed to the judging panel for examining. The beers will be judged according to various criteria and we cannot guarantee that there will be a winner in every category. If no beer should reach the quality levels expected by the judges, there will be no winner in the given categories. Your beers will be judged according to the relevance and categories that they have been booked for. We cannot be held responsible if the beer category chosen is incorrect. You are welcome to contact us and chat to our trusty brew master if you need assistance in choosing the correct category for your beer.

All winners will be announce on Friday the 15th May at the annual Craft Brewers Powwow.

Good Luck! 🍺🍺
