HRC User training sign-up form
Hello,
This form is meant for management and supervising staff to fill out for onboarding new staff members with the HRC workspace. If you have a new staff member, that needs access to UHMIS: Emergency Shelter Programs and Shelter The Homeless (or the HRC setup), then please fill out this form.

Staff will receive training instructions sent to their email within three business days.

Staff should complete new end-user training before starting the HRC training.
