The BC Community Advocates Program (BC CommA)
Health Initiative for Men (HIM), in partnership with the Community Based Research Centre (CBRC) is sponsoring a group of individuals from rural and small-urban BC communities to join us at the Summit in Vancouver. This year (2019) the Summit will take place at Coast Coal Harbor Hotel from October 31 to November 2, and the BC CommA program will take place from October 30 to November 2.

We are accepting applications from Aug 8th to Sept 2nd

Eligibility for participation
- Identify as gay, bi, trans, queer, Two-Spirit, and/or another self-identified guy who has sex with guys;

- Live in small-urban or rural community in BC;

- Are 19 years of age or older;

- Willing to develop a strategy to share what you learn with your community (you will have support with the development and implementation)

***No formal education or health promotion experience necessary
