Expression of Interest – Food Stalls

Pakenham Eels 10‑Year Festival – 3rd October

We’re celebrating a decade of community, culture and footy — and we’re looking for amazing food vendors to be part of our 10‑Year Festival!

If you operate a food stall, food truck, or specialty cuisine setup and would like to trade at our event, please complete this Expression of Interest form. This helps us curate a diverse and exciting food offering for our members, families and visitors.

  • Council will require

1. Food Act Registrations

2. Current Certificate of Currency (minimum of $20million)

  • Cost to hold the stall = $150.00 per stall.
  • If power is required, you will need to supply your own generator.
  • We have limited spaces for food trucks
  • Our Stall sizes are standard 3mx3m

Please provide as much detail as possible about your stall, menu, setup requirements and any permits or certifications you hold. Submitting an EOI does not guarantee placement; all applications will be reviewed by our festival committee, and successful vendors will be contacted with next steps.
