Before applying for financial aid, you must create a Club Automation account at: https://jtcc.clubautomation.com/.


After completing this form, you will receive a follow-up email with your financial aid discount within 3 days of submission. In the email, we will explain our determination and you are welcome to email us if any of the information we used is inaccurate, though you may be asked to submit documents to verify if that is the case. When evaluating financial aid, we first assess the median income of your census tract and your child's school, using this data in a formula to estimate your need. If you believe the estimated need is insufficient, you may send verification documents to communitychamps@jtcc.org. Please see this document on what to submit: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1fA03zX8C7m2Iy6VAB_TpeJt8ibZQ47ZbpXhlc3hy5iA/edit?usp=sharing. During our review, we consider the entire picture, including the median tract income, your child's school, and any documents sent over, and reserve the right to make a final decision based on this comprehensive assessment.

If you shared additional information, it would be extremely helpful for our records if you submit documentation to verify, such as proof of SNAP eligibility, 1040s, etc. If you cannot locate the additional documents, that is ok. We trust that the information you have provided is truthful and accurate, but it does greatly assist us in our efforts to provide financial aid to eligible families. If you are comfortable emailing the documents to communitychamps@jtcc.org, that is our preferred method. If you prefer another means of getting the information to us, let us know. We can work with whatever system you prefer.
