Corporate membership is for a firm that has the annual revenue of PKR 50 million or above.

For Membership
  1.  Copy of CNIC/ Passport of Proprietor (in case of foreign national)
  2.  Copy of National Tax Number (NTN) certificate on the name of business 
  3.  Latest Income Tax Return where applicable, on the name of Proprietor 
  4.  Copy of Sales Tax Registration and latest Sales Tax Return, if registered / applicable 
  5.  Lease deed / allotment letter of the premises / office as a proof of business on the indicated address
  6.  Original bank certificate on the name of business 
  7.  It must be a computer-related activity on NTN and filed.  
  8. Admission Fee (Admission fee Rs. 5,000/= Annual/ Renewal Fee Rs.10,000/=)
  9. CHAP Member Ship fee Slip. 
INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP  
  1.  Membership Period: (One year: April 01 to March 31 each year)  
  2.  The Computer Hardware Association of Pakistan (CHAP) entertains those applications for Membership whose Head Office, Registered Office, or Branch Office is located within the jurisdiction of the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) or any designated area approved by the Association.  
  3. Membership Granting Rules: - Membership shall be granted strictly in light of the above-mentioned criteria and there shall be no discretion to choose the membership class by the prospective applicant. Where required, a physical survey of the business address may be carried out for verification purposes
