The 2019 Cain Park Arts Festival will be held Friday, July 12 (3-8pm), Saturday, July 13 (10am-8pm), Sunday, July 14 (12-5pm)
The crowds at the Arts Festival are estimated at 15,000 people. You must provide enough staff, food and supplies to deal with this number of patrons. If this is not possible for your operation, please do not complete this application.
BEFORE YOU APPLY PLEASE NOTE:- Food Vendors are required to attend and sell every day during all business hours.- Vendors must accept Cain Park Staff Coupons redeemable in payment for food during Arts Festival which will be reimbursed by Cain Park at 100% once the following steps are taken:1. Save the redeemed coupons from all three days and turn them in to the Cain Park Ticket Office on Sunday before leaving the Park. An envelope will be provided for the coupons.2. Supply a completed W9 (“Payer’s Request for Taxpayer’s Identification Number”) with the redeemed coupons.- Please note, it will take a minimum of three weeks to get the reimbursement checks cut from the City Finance System.- Fee to participate (if accepted) is $300 which must be paid by June 15, 2019.- Temporary Permit - An application for a License to Conduct a Temporary Food Service Operation will be sent prior to Arts Festival. The cost is $40 per day. The license and fee has to be mailed to the Cuyahoga County Board of Health at least 10 days in advance of the festival. The Board of Health will issue the permit. - Please DO NOT send any money until Cain Park notifies you that you have been confirmed.
